I really like some of the ideas so far especially an airport terminal (Brekclub85), an archery field (Holmes), and I would love to see a case at the Metropolitan Police Station (Brekclub85) and the Detective Agency (Zdm321).

I've come up with:
A Greenhouse
An Aquarium (extra points if it is a case during a Kid heist!)
A Hedge Maze
A Horse Ranch (I liked this idea when it came up in Fuurinkaazen)
Ran's Karate Tournament
Jail - (A jail break is not a bad idea, and Conan and Mouri revisiting some of the people they put behind bars would be interesting)
A Chess Tournament (Go or other board games acceptable)
A Ferry (not a cruise ship)
A Zoo (The Agasa's First Love wasn't enough to make me happy)
Shinichi's House (that wouldn't work out so well now that Okiya is in but if he ever moves out so it's abandoned...)
Genta's Dad's Liquor Shop/Bar or whatever it is
Kisaki Eri's Law Firm
Mouri's Horse Racetrack
The Court House
A Cathedral
Fire Station
Subway tunnels, or the sewers, or other underground tunnels 
A Mirror Maze at a Carnival
A Haunted House at a Carnival (Ran would flip)

Not places but situations
A Kid imposter (we've had a Mouri one so why not a Kid one?)
A mystery involving an extensive car chase (Kinda like a guess-where-the-car-is-going case I suppose - Ayumi's kidnapping case reminds me of this),

Repeats I'd like to see: a treasure map case, a shinkansen (bullet train) case, a kendo case, a case at a hospital, and a case at the Cafe Poirot (I wish we could have a case with the owner of the Poirot in it; he's been bugging me forever. I'd seriously crack up if Bourbon or the Boss of the Org. is the owner of the restaurant Conan has been living above the entire time.)
