( this one is ok, though Gin presence is almost cameo it's a little disappointing.The murder motive is kinda meh too.)

( the almost AU crossover setting is fun, and I like virtual reality game plot. Though the DB kids are kinda extra annoying, we get to see Shinichi's dad being badass. Minus 1 more star for the meh murder motive. Who cares if your ancestor from 100ish years ago was a murderer?)

(this one is ok, but the main mystery is not that interesting to those who don't know japanese and the culture (me) and I'm not that big fan of Hattori... so yeah)

Movie 8: ✩✩✩✩

(again I'm biased toward Kid, Conan and Kid get to be badass together, the murder that unintentionally lead to accident is interesting too.The only thing that bugged me is Conan intentionally jumping off skycraper to dart Kid mid-air, not only it's dirty play it could have turned out to be a murder if Conan hadn't missed (Conan need two hands to open the paraglider, so even if he catch Kid, he wont be able to open it and they would both fall to their doom)

Movie 9: ✩✩

(not sure why, but this movie didn't leave me much impression. Probably because I watch it around the same time as movie 17 and get them confused. The revelation that these is another culprit was not surprising, because from the beginning the movie was focusing on one suspicious guy, which make it obvious that he's not the real mastermind. It's interesting that Kogoro actually found the real murderer before Conan for once though.)

Movie 10: ✩✩✩

(While I like this kind of blackmail puzzle solving story, and like it even more that these is Kid in it, the story have some plot holes (Sure, the blind guy thought Conan was Shinichi, but what about his assistant?), and the most annoying thing is the last rescue stun. While I know last minutes-saving is a popular trend of DC movie, it's really pushing it when the character could have, should have solved the problem already but still make stupid mistake just so these could be some Kid sighting in the last minute.)

(what can I say about this movie?most of the screen time involves the annoying DB running around the island,impossible last minutes escape, no eyecandy treasure. I know in this kind of story the MC will never get the treasure, as they would either get buried or given to someone else, but come on, what is the point? The whole movie length was just to prove that "friendship is magical", which is meh)

(It's okish? I like how Conan and the female singer interacts, and the topic is unique. Wished that I could hear Conan's tone deaf singing voice alone tho)

( I admit that this movie does not have as much brain work as leg work, and these was another last minutes impossible rescure (sure that belt may have enough material to inflate a ball strong enough to cushion four falling kids, but to take pressure between a stell bridge and the biggest air ship in the world without bursting??).But then these is Kid, and the whole cracked up romance with Ran, and Conan showing off his prowess then KidCon join force, and the groping, and another groping, the whole movie has so much cracking fun that I could just ignore all the plot errors and still enjoy it)

Movie 15: ✩✩✩

(I actually enjoyed this movie, these was many touching moments as well as Conan badass moments that I like. But I still have to take away 2 star, because: 1)another unbelievable last rescure(which does not matter much because it happens all the time) and 2)THE STUPIDEST MOTIVE OF ALL TIME which can be easily solved with scuba gear!!!)

(this one is exciting, the whole Conan sneaking around doing illegal things on a military ship was thrilling (I really like the idea of Conan breaking the law)And I liked it when he got caught by the military lady as well. The only thing I didn't like was the Ran rescue at last minute, with the obvious foreshadowing when she borrowed the watch. Seriously DC movie's last minute stun was getting old)

Movie 1: ✩✩ (Pretty plain for me...)
Movie 2: ✩✩✩✩ (This one is much better than the first and I like the concept of putting the people close to Kogoro in danger.)
Movie 3: ✩✩✩ ( The only part that I actually like in this one is when the detective boys sing one of the opening themes of DC. )
Movie 4: ✩✩✩✩✩ (This is my most favorite DC movie of all, I like the little romantic part plus this is the only movie that gave my favorite character, Eri many scenes.
Movie 5: ✩✩✩ (I'm not into the plot that includes the organization...Sorry...)
Movie 6: ✩✩✩ (It's quite okay and not that much of a meh, but I find the plot awkward. )
Movie 7: ✩✩✩✩ (Cool plus it includes my second favorite character, Heiji.)
Movie 8: ✩✩✩✩✩ (I just rewatched this one last week...A few hours before the eyewall of Typhoon Rammasun hit our city...Which makes it memorable to me...And I also love that they include Eri again in this one. )
Movie 9: ✩✩ (This movie made me miss Eri Kisaki a lot....)
Movie 10: ✩✩✩✩ (Personally, I find this one so fun to watch. )
Movie 11: ✩ (Meh...It lacks the action and thrill...Even the 2 hrs TV specials are better than this crap.)

Regardless of language watched in, movie 2 has always seemed weird to me... I've seen the first six more times that I can count (using the japanese audio/english subs on the Funi dvds) back when Funi was releasing them and when I was still hope full that they would continue doing so...

for 12, I still don't understand how a tone deaf person and a perfect pitch person were able to harmonize their voices and have it carry so far of a distance that a phone would dial out...
