I recall during that scene I was expecting for Ai to back hand Conan's glasses off for questioning her. It seemed like the perfect moment to establish her authority...but never did happen, in the end Irish ended up with the honors.

LOL, yeah! Speaking of which, they made Irish's personality kinda similar to Vermouth's; especially when he told Conan to bring the BO down, that was so SilverBullet-ish. XD

Haibara does suppose to be the sex symbol of DC, so I guess it's fine (joke...)

but seriously, some girls these days start to dress like a slut even in a young age. a distant cousin of mine wore for a family dinner (two years ago) a shirt which was really....I don't even know how to describe it. It was like two cloths tied to each other and shaped like a X. which basically means her stomach was revealed and so was her lower part of her back. not to mention that jeans were a bit low so part of her ass was revealed (don't fantasise please, she's about 10 years old...)
but the thing with the jeans which is low and reveals part of the butt was quite popular ever since I was in elementary school up to high school. either the girls wore intentionally jeans which they needed to raise every singel f*cking minute, or this is how the jeans are (and in that case, they should have made the belt even tighter  ). Now that I'm in college with people in the twenties (their after the army), I don't see this anymore (though there aren't any pretty girls anyway...) last week though, I came to my former high school to visit and indeed the jeans phenomenon was still going on (but now that I'm in college, every girl who I would have considered cute, seems to me like a little girl now...hmm...)

There's a lot of debate/different opinions, but i'm pretty sure Conan - 7, Ai - 8, respectively in their former selves, 17, 18.

You guys can thank the anime original team for making haibara's clothes that episode lol.

Oh, uhhh where did I get this from. Ahh damn I forgot what website. It had some nice pairing pic and when I saw how cute they looked together (especially ai DAMN x3) I just had to put as my sig. But I'm pretty sure I saw it when I google imaged conan and haibara too soo try there.

Is it so unusual to see little girls with teens clothes?
Here in Japan you can sometimes see girls with heels shoes, mini skirt (REALLY mini skirt T__T) and make up.
Of course it depend of the mother..

But because Haibara is not a little girl anymore and likes fashion (she often read fashion magazine in the manga), I don't think this is so surprising.
