thanks for your analysis Chekhov^^ that's really interesting,i always thought there was "something"between Gin and Sherry(not necessary romantic),and you gave us proofs that it could be true...

As most of the AiCon have said, they prefer Ai to be alone rather than with Mitsuhiko..

That's just selfish/unfair. I'm not really a fan of MitsuAi myself, but if he becomes the only option, why not? She deserves happiness too, and Mitsu is a good boy and I'm sure he will grow really smart and kind. Those who say they'd rather see her alone/dead than with him aren't Ai fans, just AiCon fans, sadly.

hmm,i kinda disagree with you,i personally prefer to see Ai"alone" than paired with Mitsuhiko...especially if he becomes the only option...i think Haibara is a character who doesn't need to be paired with someone in the end to be more interesting...of course she deserve hapiness and love,but that's not a reason to pair Haibara with a child just because it's the only choice,as if she was desperate...
I know,Mitsuhiko will grow up and he'll become smart and kind...but for now he's just a child,haibara isn't romantically interested in him now... and i doubt Gosho will write a story about them 10 years later...so all that we can do is imagining them later
i don't see many interesting interactions between them to start to like this couple,that's why i can't imagine them together,even in the futur...
btw,i'm more an Ai fan than a coai fan,that's why i don't want her to be paired with someone just to be like the other girls...
and i don't know many people who'd rather see haibara dead than paired with Mitsu...

I am too!  I'm definitely more of an Ai fan than CoAi. But I love ConanAi. Well, really I'm an extreme BO fan and anyone associated heavily with them like the FBI.  I just like the complexity of the organization. But my favorite member is Ai because she's neither villain or hero, but a Dark Knight!  And for the Knight of Darkness to be pared with the Knight of Light, Shinichi, is an amazing story puller. It's one of the most interesting interactions in the series, the lesser cliche of them all.

Well, I think that although they are in opposite lines of work, somehow Gin had to get the pill weapons, the ones he used to shrink Shinichi. So probably he visited Sherry often to see how the project was running.

And I think that's strange because Sherry doesn't know any of the other members. Why Gin? It's not like he's a scientist. Why would he overlook a science project he wouldn't understand much of anyway?

He might've been an overseer of everyone's work and watched over others to make sure the members did what they were supposed to do. I mean, even with Akemi, you would think they would send a member who wasn't as top-dog to oversee that mission...

He oversaw that mission because he expected Akemi to fail the robbery. He was supposed to eliminate her when that happened. Even though the robbery succeeded he eliminated her anyway because of her connection to Akai.

... but Gin seems to oversee everyone even the most low-ranking members or members not even in his field. He was even sent to get a CD-Rom program when clearly his line of business has nothing to do with computers.

Gin only went on the Itakura case because Vodka suddenly changed the scheduled meeting time and Gin got suspicious.

Assuming that Gin's sexually obsessed by Sherry just because he's obsessed by killing her? I just don't get why people always assume that if anything had happened between Gin and Sherry in the past, it has to be either rape or lust. For all I know there could have been love between them, but after Sherry "betrayed" Gin, he became obsessed by killing her.

Besides, the pic in my avatar proves nothing. It only shows how Gin seems eager to get his revenge on a traitor. The fact that he imagines Sherry naked doesn't mean he's sexually obsessed by her.

Obviously she knows some of them, like her parents, Gin and Vodka, and Rye. What I'm talking about here is B.O. agents not in the science arena. Shiho may have heard of their codenames, but she hasn't met many of them in person.

Shiho hardly knew most of the other agents in non-science related positions. She hadn't met Pisco since she was a baby, she had only heard of Korn and Chianti, and hadn't heard of Kir. Bourbon is new and thus doesn't count. Conan never asked about Tequila. Vermouth likely had a connection with Shiho's parents because of her apparent aging wonkiness despite not being in science. Gin is on the business/assassination side of things, so it is anomalous how well he seems to know her given how she doesn't know much about anyone else outside of the research branch.

The reason Gin was shooting her and missing her vitals was that he was torturing her to get her to explain how she escaped from the chamber. We know this was his goal, and he was not just being a sadistic b*st*rd because after Gin shot her a few times, Vodka said something like "Bro, I don't this woman is going to talk." I would link the page, but the manga translation posted online isn't very good for this chapter. As a minor side note, except for the face shot, Gin definitely wasn't nicking her in the manga. That was changed to make the anime more acceptable.

You are certainly correct about him missing her intentionally the shooting scene, but I felt like he was doing it more to torture her than anything else. He knew she wasn't afraid of death and that she loathed the Org from the bottom of her heart, so I think he was more doing it to get his rocks off than anything else.

Anyone who knows about the BO and isn't in the BO needs to be eliminated. Someone who was a member even more some than someone who simply worked with them (though they need to be killed also; the guy from Mantendo, the professor dude, the lawyer, Itakura, etc;).
