SPOILER: What do we know about the BO Boss?

I have a question , did Gosho Aoyama-sama mention that Haibara will be shocked? If that's so then is she the only one who will be shocked or will she be the most shocked?If that's so then it can't be Agasa right?Because he was a friend of Shinichi since his childhood that means he's so important to Shinichi too!!!!!!!Or is it because he saved Haibara and is like her father that he's more important to her than to Shinichi? 

How's this for a shock. Ai's sister was never killed, and she's the boss of the BO and she was only dating Akai so that the BO can get him or something twisted like that.

It could be "plausible' if three things are true

1) There was only shot. So if it was only the sound of the shot ( like a blank ) and a blood pack. She could still alive (Gin is in on the staged event)

2) This was play acted. The question is who for. The panels show her and Gin talking. Is it possible she knows about the Bug?

3) the Police, and Medical Personal arriving are fakes. (BO members).For this to be true, Ran must have talked to a BO member so the real police do not learn about it too quick.

If these three are true, then she could still be alive. But there are still other questions. If this is so, then why did Ai "leave" the BO and "join" with Conan ? As he told her who he is and she knows " he from the detective agency", then why did they not "finish the job"?

Answer these questions and the impossible becomes possible

Yep, that's a classic plot.

A plot which never lose his touch. 

Good point.. kkslider's theory is believable too. That fits into the age gap too.. but if it was like a royal family [where the next generation takes care of the org when the parents are deceased] the age gap could be anywhere.

If it would be like that, then even a change were possible in the leadership. Everyone with enough support could be the boss, he only need to take care of other candidates.^^
So this one has quite the loyal followers and also strong ones like Gin and Vermouth.

You know i soooo hope that Gosho will introduced more BO-members.  8)

Very interesting.  That was a thought I'd had for a long time, but since I couldn't figure out a nice "how" or come up with something plausible, I just passed it off as something that wasn't.  It only came to mind because I don't recall anyplace (unless my memory is faulty) where Shiho actually saw her sister's body.  I was just under the impression that Gin or some other BO member told her that Akemi was dead.

Another theory, in ref as to why Ai left, she did think her sister was dead.  For all we know, it could've been an incentive to get her to work on the drug more efficiently or something like that, so Akemi's death was faked and Akai just got mixed up in it.  The incentive just backfired since Ai took the drug to "escape", either literally or figuratively.

I personally like the Akemi = BO boss too...only because it'd be something completely different and if we can maybe have Akai show up again, why not Akemi. ^^

James comes from Professor James Moriarty, the archenemy of Holmes. Black stands for the Black Organisation, the favorite colour of the members.

I think this was supposed to be a red herring until 345. Remember, James Black was introduced as a suspicious character along with Akai and Jodie before we found out they were all with the FBI. But the sheer obviousness of the name puts him among my BO Boss suspects, too. Plus, Conan and Haibara talked about his name toward the end of the P & A episode. The only reasons I see for that are either Gosho was trying to connect with the audience who noticed the same thing or the James Black:Prof. James Moriarty analogy will be useful for the finale.

I've never thought of Akemi though. I like it as long as there won't be a sob sister reunion in the end.  Akemi, being the BO boss, would indeed shock Haibara more than having her parent/s as boss/es, who were never around much anyway. There's equal shock from all of them who are supposed to be dead so we're gauging the trust factor here.

Personally, I would be sad if Agasa is the one. But the most amazing thing that could happen is for the boss to be someone nearby Conan, right? It could also be seen as utterly stupid since Conan is a detective who noticed nothing as far as we know. Unless, of course, Aoyama-sensei unleashes his genius to surprise us yet again.

Well, Another very important thing that we know about the "Boss" is that he probably does not know that Conan is Shinichi. This would exclude Agasa and Yusaku. When "the Black Org Reaches Out" Kogoro is targeted, also if they knew Conan's identity I feel Conan would have been outed by now. I am thinking of someone more like Hattori Heizou, or the Superintendent Matsumoto. This is someone who has control and an inside word with the police dept. to assist the Black Org in not being exposed yet is not close enough to Conan to expose him. I dunno I cant really formulate what I am thinking into words about how  know that the Boss does not know Conan's ID yet, Its my gut I guess.... Word

yeah!!it would be great to have more BO members(especially the french one lol )to show that the BO is international and in that way, very powerful!!


as for the akemi=bo boss!wow i think it would be a real shock for ai(and for me)!but i really like the james black theory!it would make sense!

Yeah, that would even better explain Akai being called a silver bullet. He would've really had the chance to bring down the organization. He held its heart in his hands.
