You know something is definitely wrong when 1996 to 1999 Detective Conan has better animation and in that case many 90s style animation. I don't know whats going with that but its not looking good so far. We know tons of classic anime and cartoons particularly in the 90s the anime was not exactly perfect but then most of them drastically improved in their later seasons.
But its 2014, I've never heard of a new series released at this point having artwork this sketchy. What's going on?

A1 and Toei animation put crap out all they can you know...

They kind of have to put Crystal Mother in every adaptation because it has Snake in it. But there's only so many ways you can adapt one story, though, so I don't have my hopes up.
Knowing the truth and knowing what to do with the truth are two completely separate ideas. Learn to distinguish them. OR ELSE.
While I think I still like the OVA version the most, I think the latest episode was better than the Crystal Mother's adaptation from the MK specials.
It was also fun to see Snake after 12 episodes. I liked his deviousness here.
You know I think I lost some of my enjoyment of the redundant episodes when they, for no real reason, took away the every episode scenes of Kaito thinking of his Dad's past advice and the conversations with his Mom.
I didn't even notice that but the last 3 or so episodes haven't been up to par in all honesty and that's probably the reason it really takes away some of the atmosphere.
