Although Agasa suggested she use the kanji æ„› (love) for "Ai", she preferred to use the kanji å“€ (sorrow).
Incorrect.  It was Agasa who chose å“€ over æ„›.
Im confues over this  Im not sure if your right or the website I got it from is right. I look up at the manga part where they talk about it but Im sill not sure. I know it was Agasa idea to name her after a detective girl. but I dont think Agasa would want the kanji of love over (sorrow)
I'm right.
I want to make sure where you got the informationn from. could you tell me plese. ;) then I'll know your telling the truth. :) I dont read Japanese but know you can figure some out some way to tell me.
I've made to many mistake as it is I dont want to make another.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm you may be onto something there, what with your double- and triple-checking.

not character-related, but I just realized that Conan lives in the Beika district

Holmes lived on Baker street

I feel I should have made this connection sooner imo.

I can introduce you to some fine tutors for reading comprehension.  But you probably don't reside in my country.
I have a bad past with schools and teachers(I dont balme my teachers they tryed to help me) taking me to LD class'es and those teachers that take me into rooms to find out what was worng with you and do you know what they found nothing. even at silven learning center put me in fornt of a computer to see my comprehension of reading and my comprehension of reading was at high school level but I was in middle school at the time. but my spelling was not so good. (at the end of silven I saved all my tokens didnt buy enything so they asked me what kind of card I would like to get to buy things at the store I ask for a barnes and noble gift card and I got it. It was 70 dollers gift card. after that I think other kids copyed me.)
then i was home schooled then privet school. I had good teachers at that school that helped me. I thrive in small places. I know they helped me because Im a pack rat and keep almost all my old school work, so I compared my new to my old and i have improved. trust me Im beter then I was before and maybe I shouldent stop there and keep on learning.

Thats what Im probbly going to do next tutors. I know some poeple that would be happy to be my tutors.
Oh yah I've done other s kinds of learning that didtnt work out but Im not posting my life story. :)

Agasa's address is given as number 22, Beika district 2, which implies that Shinichi's address is probably number 21. The way Japanese addresses are written, that reads as 2-21 Beika. Holmes lived at number 221 Baker Street.

He also called the river the Teimuzu, which is the Japanese pronunciation of Thames, and the Haido area of the city is named after Hyde Park. His fondness for such names is one of the earliest reasons I was conviced that Akai didn't die- he was shot at Reiha Pass, named after Reichenbach Falls.
