Wait when is this? I don't remember anything about this line. I know that they took a bath together in epi. 50 something but I don't remember that particular quote.

you're probably not up to it, if you are watching the anime then it's the case starting at episode 532 (the quote most likely in 533).

Oh okay thanks! And you're absolutely right. I'm not far yet. I just finished ep. 512 today since I started re-watching every episode from the beginning. Before I moved to U.S, I never had a chance to get past episode 200 something. So I started the whole thing back in the summer and I'm really happy that I'm catching up, kind of sad at the same time since I have to start waiting for new epi.

Well, if you take movie 4, he thinks like Kogoro more than he realizes... and as the Baigar proved, he's liable to have a drinking problem (when he tries it the second time he gets ridiculously drunk before realizing that it doesn't work... then keeps drinking XD)

Nahh, he's just being a protective dad. Ran's just unfortunately fallen for a guy who has the capacity to be her dad XDXDXD
