I actually prefer seeing her go back to her old identity in order to be judged properly for what she has done in the BO,at least it would show she really has changed and is able to face her responsibilities.
As for the Sera arc,well I'm not too fond of her,but I'm interested in the mystery child.Also some people think it's another victim of APTX...If that's the case it could be a way for Ai to be involved in the main plot(since this is her drug).
And of course any information about Akai's family is great for me^^

I really missed all the cases pre-345,especially the BO cases when the FBI/CIA wasn't involved,there was so much more suspense IMO.
btw Solid Sora your english is very good,it's better than mine ^^

As for the mystery child: I don't have anything against her per se, I'm rather taking issue with the cast bloating even further, leading to even less development for the individual characters and another intermedia leading to even more Arc Fatigue and increasing Chris Carter Effect. While I'd love for Gosho to prove me wrong with a crisp short and well executed arc, I'm afraid that he is loosing himself in ever expanding arcs and new characters. To be honest, if the new arc doesn't improve the pacing, the chris carter effect will propably claim me too :/

I don't want her to die, she deserves a happy ending like all other "good" characters. I just disagree that Ran is inferior to her, as you seem to imply (sorry if I misunderstood you).

I just checked the DC wiki a while ago and I noticed that their "moments" end at 597 - 598. Do their "moments" really end there? :O

Also, I've noticed that 524 - 525 wasn't added there, too...

Well, for some, me included, their moments stopped with the end of the vermouth arc (345 in the anime). Atleast i can't recall any moments like the bus hijacking, the missing memento case or Haibara's blushing in Desperate revival after that mark... Maybe I'm wrong, I'll have a look at the wiki entries again, though tell me what the moment was that they omitted. Was it the blue spark case? I think that was around 525

None were omitted, actually. I just noticed that entries like "Haibara touching Conan's shoulder when she feels afraid/senses BO presence" were listed but not to the most recent happening, like 623, I think. Also, is it limited to "romantic" moments only? Because the wiki added in their "playful" pranks on each other during 597 - 598, so I wondered as to why aren't more of their "banter" included in the wiki? This is more of clarification rather than complaint, really.

I also keep wondering why you guys say it ends at 345 when it's supposed to be 347! /note the joking tone here/

lol. I don't think we will ever get any development to the current main characters. Most of them reached their final states already long time ago, and became very stale and - sometimes - boring. We need new key characters in the story, we need new blood.

As for AiCon moments, it ended after the 345 climax. But we've got some hints about Ai's feelings until ~600. After 600, it completely disappeared

I'm happy that they still have their playful banter and their trust within each other's weaknesses, though. It shows, for me at least, that the unique dynamic of their partnership is still there, no matter how stale it has become.
