... which is, personally, exactly the point why I don't think she'd personally go there to live her life (unless she's going to be under another form of surveillance). She grew up and studied there because of the Black Organization - don't you guys find that she might want to go some place where she won't associate it with the Black Organization?

Unless anyone can provide exactly where her mother came from, I'm sticking to it. Until then anyone can just call her half-Scottish, half-Welsh, half-Irish, half-British, etc. or whatever they please.

The US is quite a big place. She can go to a place that she wouldn't associate with the BO within the US and still have the culture that she is used to.
