Okiya's seiyuu
Maybe I have reported elsewhere, but I need to repeat here: Okiya would appear in Ep 510; his seiyuu would be Ryotaro Okiayu.

Cool!! Can't wait to see Okiya in the show ^_^ also the seiyuu is the voice of Hisashi Mitsui from Slam Dunk, I love that character and that show

Hrmm, he does Byakuya in Bleach. Somewhat similar to Akai's voice, enough that if it's revealed that Okiya is Akai they can say he was just masking his voice.
He also does Reever Wennham in D.Gray-man, who isn't as close as his Byakuya voice but still passable as a masked Akai.
Same for his Tybalt from Romeo x Juliet.
And that's all I've heard him in. They're being smart about this casting, making it somewhat similar without being the same.
