Results of Night 2
A young girl with brunette pigtails bicycled through the community in the brisk pre-dawn hours. (Is that really safe? Did anyone do a background check on her? What if SHE's the murderer!?) She trespassed at each resident's house and left something sinister behind:

[color=maroon]However, when she reached the late Tanner-kun's house, the tables were turned. Something awaited her. As she was dutifully depositing the newsletter in the mail slot, it caught her eye that the gate to the back yard was swinging loose. Creak. Creak. As if beckoning her inside. She looked left. She looked right. She gulped. Didn't this guy die the other night? But she told herself she was a big girl now, and that ghosts were make-believe. She was just going to go and latch the gate back. It was the responsible thing to do, something a grown-up wouldn't think twice about.
It wasn't two seconds after she reached the gate that she let out a blood-curdling scream and ran as fast as her scrawny legs could take her. She forgot about her bike. She forgot about the newsletters. But what she couldn't forget, what she wished she could forget... Was the sight inside the backyard.
A steel "clothesline" had been hung. Clamped onto the line were a hand. A foot. An arm. A leg. All dripping red onto the grass and the torso underneath. Atop the torso was a police badge. Placed, almost as if in respect, over the paunch. And to the side, a head stuck onto a sharpened post.
