(I figured it out randomly by moving one or two keys to the right, since Alt, Win and Cnt indicate that this must be a keyboard code *again*  )
I still haven't figured out what to do with the Alt, Windows and Control keys (and their connections on whether you move one or two keys to the right), however.

Once you use the same letter again shift one key to the right from the last coded letter

G=H I=O Q=W word How
(Alt)=(space Bar)
So far this is How
U=I A=S word is

Now for the first we get the same letter used so we shift one more key to the right that being the (Win) key (Win)=(Space Bar)
R=T F=H (again used again so shift one more key to the right) Y=I (again the extra shift) '=S (same shift a key to the right which in this case ends up on the other side of the keyboard) word this
So far: How is this
(Cnt)=(Space Bar) (again shift to the right everytime the same character is used)
S=D U=O (the extra shift) B=N W=E word done
