So there is probably a vodka in the game too (if we can believe what that person said (and I dunno who it was anymore XD))

Tricking happens before killing. So if only one person was tricked/intimidated there is no Vodka in the game. Or both Eisuke and Vodka tricked the same victim.
But if there are two tricked victims then there is a Vodka in the game for sure.

Although it is true that tricking happens before killing, at the time of my death the interpretation of the ruling was that tricking happening before killing was only in the case that you were going to trick the murderer. So, at the time of my death, the rule stated that if you got killed, your action wouldn't happen that night.

Thus, last night, an Eisuke-related tricking was impossible because I was killed. I think I made pofa realize the error or her ways, but I'm not exactly sure if she decided to change the ruling back or stick with it since it's already been in affect this game.

This is the truth--that's how I interpreted those rules. I thought that killing cancelled the victim's night action except when the murderer himself was tricked or arrested. I talked with Akonyl, who made me realize some problems with that interpretation that might give certain players an advantage. I wish I hadn't ruled that way, but since it's already affected the game somewhat, I'm not sure it's fair to change it back now.  :P

it's not like it affected the game all *that* much. Besides, if you changed it back now, the town wouldn't have any excuse for losing :O

So are the current rules: The town members "arrest" would work before someone kills?

In what I'm guessing are still the current rules, the town member's arrest would only work before the kill if they would be arresting the murderer.
Example 1:  You attempt to arrest me, and I attempt to kill you. Because I'm the killer, the arrest goes through and nobody dies.
Example 2: You attempt to arrest me, xpon attempts to kill you. Because I'm not the killer, xpon successfully kills you and I never get arrested.

The way they usually work, the arrest is supposed to happen in both cases (although you'd still die in example 2).

Yeah, that would've been a good way to play.

zombie apocalypses are much less interesting when you actually live in one.

I'll give you a hint: There's a reason I'm still talking so much even though I was killed a day ago.
