I don't want to post a Riddle again do I have to answer?
I just will.
Spoiler:
They decide to use a counter :P
The first Person turns the lightbulp on.
If a prisoner enters the room and sees an turned on bulp he turns it off.
If someone enters the room and sees an turned off lightbulp and isn't the first (he knows it because of the time passed) he just leaves.
Everytime the Counter sees the bulp turn off he remebers it and turn it on again.
If he counted to 9 all prisoners were in the room and they are free to go.

That is the most funny thing ever also we could use  probability to determine how low the chance of beeing wrong is.

Why wouldn't they want to listen to Koi wa Thrill Shock Suspense? It's a great song :P

oh come on, you're the one who made the whole "person who answers has to post a riddle" rule and you're already backing out? :V

anyway, that's correct, however
Spoiler:
as the lightbulb starts "off", it's simpler to have the counter turn it off rather than on, so that all the other prisoners can turn it on, which negates the need for anyone to know that they're the first prisoner.

and yeah, you could find the probability of being wrong but that's not the point of the riddle, otherwise the answer would just be "wait a year" :V

Just kidding but I should give others a chance too don't you think or they will be overwhelmed by my skills :P
I think about one.
Next Riddle(may be to easy for you):
Julius Cesar and Octavian were about to meet two admirals at the same time.
While walking towards the tent they both wittnessed a fight between the two.
Nordolf says to Helgir: "We are both equal as leaders so we both need to have the same amount of warriors. Give me one of your warriors so we both have the same amount"
Helgir laughed and says "I am superior to you that's why I need to have twice the amount of warriors! Give me one of yours and I'm fine"
Cesar smiled and asked Octavian how many warriors both of them have.
What is Octavians anwers?

Spoiler: It's a pretty sad army...
Nordolf has five warriors, Helgir has seven.

All the riddles I know are pretty silly but here it is:

Only one colour, but not one size,
stuck at the bottom yet, easily flies,
present in sun, but not in rain,
doing no harm, and feeling no pain.

Sorry if I held up the game. :-\

Spoiler:
A shadow.
If that is correct:
Spoiler:
As I was walking to St. Ives, I met a man with seven wives. Each wife had seven sacks... each sack had seven cats. Each cat had seven kits. Kits, cats, sacks, and wives. How many were going to St. Ives?

Yep, your answer is correct and you posted my favorite riddle. ;D
Spoiler:
one
Scientists have proven that cats have more hair on one side than their other side. Some people believe that this is because when cats lay on their side they need insulation from the cold on the floor or ground. Which side of a cat has more hair?

Disclaimer: Stupid riddle is stupid.
