And Duke, I figured you were just someone messin around with a new junk account, but on the off chance you aren't, you posted 5 minutes before the game started and the game had a week+ registration time. No hard feelings but I aint gonna try to rebalance things for a different sized player pool that late, + the rules in the OP do mention that you should have PMs in 15 minutes before phase change (though you could make a case for that not applying to before Prep if you wanted). So I'd say blame whoever didn't bother telling you about it for the rest of the week before this
