Like Kleene said, Anokatas main strength is that he is almost undetectable by the town. His main weakness are cross-examiner (ironically), and that is exactly where his ability comes into play. He is also the BO boss and gets to coordinate everything.hopelessidiot wrote: Actually, it's been said in MM that Anokata's blame is pretty weak. Not much use comes of it usually. And the boss should be way more badass than that. Most people dread getting him because he's not much use when it comes to actually doing something. Particularly in FM where there's more people and someone finding whatever you blamed is really low. So pofa added blackmail to counteract that.
Compare this to Tequilla or Pisco, which have no defenses against being found. So their abilities should be stronger to compensate for that greater risk.
Yes, this was what I wanted to point out. I know they have a hard time allying each other (since revealing their respective abilities makes them easy prey for the BO), so I noted the worst-case scenario (allied from the very beginning without a doubt). There are some combinations that make frustrating games (Xpons game with the old lovey-dovey where a healer/protector was involved on two high-profile players) - usually we changed the rules once we found one of these to prevent it from happening again.Kleene Onigiri wrote: I think Schillok's note is valid. Because that couldn't just happen in case there are lovers.
But once Yamamura allies a HSer, they could exploit that.
I would remove HS from being able to be confused. And Blackmail can stand as it is, since it can only be used once.
Removing HS from being confused would work (even if it adds more special rules once again).
Also: I want to join this round.
