This is taking too long.

Big hint:
Spoiler:
The a and the arrow in the code are hints to solve the code.

Hmm..
Spoiler:
Well, according to that keyboard:
!· = 13 = m
!% = 15 = o
!" = 12 = l
!) = 19 = s
!% = 15 = o
!% = 15 = o
"= = 20 = t

which doesn't make any sense.

What if we count backwards from Z?

!· = 13 = m
!% = 15 = k
!" = 12 = n
!) = 19 = g
!% = 15 = k
!% = 15 = k
"= = 20 = f

Nope.  That doesn't make any sense either.

Hmm..  molsoot.  If you rotate it 180 degrees, you get ʇoosןoɯ, which kinda looks like "too slow".  That's the best guess I can come up with at the moment.

Spoiler:
Correct answer, the a in the code was a hint to change the numbers to small alphabet letters and the arrow was a hint to rotate the letters. It makes more sense if you write the letters yourself in a piece of paper and then rotate the paper. Anyway the answer is right you guys were too slow.
Your turn c-square.

Okay, this is another one where you can ask yes/no questions.

On a mountain, in a cabin, two people are dead.  How did they die?

Fufufufufu a classic one:
Spoiler:
They died in a plane crash. The two dead people were pilots in the cabin of an airplane right?

Your turn, VQ.
Spoiler:
And by the way, I'm currently writing stories for a serious story-contest... so don't expect BFR #5 anytime soon. Sorry. I have a loose idea for it already, but I'm just too busy... But what I'm writing now is a story version of The Vice-President's Scheme. I replaced Aoyamo Goshi with a protagonist-writer character and made him cooperate with a little fantasy person that can sense people's evil intents - in order to justify the protagonist's knowing of "Tomoya's" plan to kill somebody, you know? And that fantasy-guy... He's name's Mouri :D

A- Carlos
B- Jack
C- Peter
D- Lucy
Spoiler: Hint
It's too easy, you don't need one :-*
