The next one, quite nice:

In the medieval times a woman was accused of being a witch. The judge laughed at her and said: "You can choose how you're going to die. Say something, anything. If what you say is true, you shall be thrown into a river with a big rock tied to your leg. If you lie, you shall be burned alive."
The woman wondered for a while and then spoke. She survived.
  What did she say?
Spoiler:
she said that she'll be burned alive and if it was a lie, then she would be burned making it a sequence of events

shihokudo, this one has already been solved ;) Welcome aboard anyway. Try yourself in solving the Brain-Frying Riddle #4 or:
While walking along a road to a village, you come across a fork in the road: One path leads to the town you want to go, and the other one leads to a den of thieves.

At such a fork in the road, you expect to find the usual two people... but instead, there's three!
A resident of the peaceful town: Who always tells the truth
A thief from the thieves' den: Who always lies
A drunkard: Who randomly tells you the truth, or a lie.

You don't know which one is which, of course. Similar to the original riddle, you may ask a question, but this time you may ask two questions. You may ask one person both questions or two people one question each. Who do you ask (let's just call them A B and C, since you don't know who's who), and what do you ask?
Question for Akonyl: Do the people know who is who? Can we ask "What would the town resident say?" or do we have to say "What would A say?"

They know which is which.

Maybe you can say that, but no, the answer does not require it. The answer only requires that you ask questions about A, B and C.

And actually, I'm not sure if asking "what would the town resident say" about something would get you any good info anyway. :P

Well, I was just asking.

So if A-truthful was asked "Which way would B-drunkard show me?", they would probably answer "I dunno", right?
But if A-liar was asked the same question and the true answer was "I dunno", what would they say? Show a random way? But then C may point in the same direction, making the liar's answer true..? So...?

this has already been answered (in spoiler tags though), but to reiterate:

Anyway, in that case if you asked the thief what the drunkard would say, the thief actually doesn't know what the drunkard would say, so he would never say "I don't know" and would instead reply with an answer, as would the drunkard if you ended up asking him. Either way, that question doesn't end up getting you enough useful information.

As a hint, the questions you ask for the riddle will always have definitive answers.

Hey, i think i finally got sth (-:
Spoiler:
1. Question: Ask A: "Who out of B and C would lie more often?"
Citizen points to the Thief
Thief points to the citizen since the drunkard would be the true answer
Drunkard points to citizen or thief

Which means, the person that is pointed at is NOT the drunkard!

Now, 2. question:
Ask the Person named in the first answer: "What would the one out of the other two who is not the drunkard answer if i asked him which one is the safe way?"
I think letting the thief lie when chosing his counterpart would make no sense since a true answer to the whole question could be the result. So, the wrong way is shown to me, and I take the other one *yay*

Welcome aboard, Giogio! I invite you to try your best at BFR #4 too. And man, as much as I'm not entirely sure about your answer, I think the first question is pretty much awesome.
Spoiler:
Okay, here's what we do:
1. Sniff A, sniff B and sniff C. Whoever reeks of booze is the drunkard. Let's say it was A.
2. We ask B "Which way would C say is correct?". The same question goes to C but about B's answer of course.
3. As both of them point to the wrong way, we take the other one.

Yes, it's the same as my two-people variant.
It's probably incorrect but makes sense.

Thanks, i'm sure i will try your BFR, it looks awesome!

well, i thougt about your version too, it makes sense ^^
Spoiler:
But I guess if the riddlemaker is mean, sniffing would count as question.

while it wasn't the intended answer, giogio's answer does work because the stipulation of "you only need to refer to them as A, B, and C, never having to refer to the drunkard, liar, or truth-teller by name" wasn't in the original riddle itself, so while I would like for you not to refer to the drunkard explicitly in the problem, I can't disallow it :P

Giogio's first question was the right question to ask though, rather than finding out the drunkard you just have to find out who isn't the drunkard. Then, because you know this person isn't the drunkard, the second question you ask (to whoever you know isn't drunk) is something along the lines of:
Spoiler:
down which street do you dwell?

The peaceful man from the peaceful town will point towards his hometown, and the thief will of course point you there as well. The fact that the truth-teller/liar live down opposite streets is oftentimes overlooked as part of the basic background of the riddle so they don't realize such a simple question is doable :P
@eworm's answer, he's a very classy drunkard so he doesn't reek of booze. Or maybe the others smell like alcohol too, they're just not plastered. :V

That one's truly nice - absolutely didn't take that into account.

So its my turn for another small riddle? I'll go with my favourite yes/no puzzle and hope you don't already know it...

Eva is swimming. She hears a sound. Soon, she's dead. Why?

Eva is swimming. She hears a sound. Soon, she's dead. Why?
Well, my first line of thought is:
Spoiler: Questions
1) Is Eva a fish?
2) Does she hear a cat?
3) Does the cat eat her?
4) Does she hear her fish bowl crash?
5) Does she suffocate from being out of water?
If that doesn't work, then:
Spoiler: More Questions
6) Is Eva human?
7) Is she swimming in a swimming pool?
8) Is she swimming in an ocean or sea?
9) Is she swimming in a lake or river?
10) Is she swimming in a pond?
11) Is she swimming in an artificial container of water?
12) Is she swimming in water?
13) Is the sound the sound of her killer?
14) Is the sound the sound of some thing or event that causes her death?
15) Is her death murder?
16) Is her death accidental?
17) Is her death suicide?
18) Is time of day important at all in this riddle?

Woah, the answer to the citizen/thief/drunkard one was nice! I too overlooked where they live...
And about Eva I thought about the same thing c-square pointed out.
