Personally, I can easily see her choosing to stay a child to get back the childhood she never had and end up with Mitsuhiko.

It would be the easy solution.I don't want that for her.I know her life was painful but that's not a reason to erase everything and act as if nothing happened.
I mean,she cried because she thinks creating the APTX was a mistake,thinking about her mother.She has regrets about making that drug,so using permanently would be just immoral for me.
She said herself that nobody should change the stream of time,or else they would be punished.

I just think staying as Shiho doesn't mean she won't be happy...As long as the BO is destroyed she will have a good life.There will always be the professor and the DB,and she can make new friends.
