I have to disagree with One Piece. It's definitely the best shonen right now! (imo :V)

And Rave. I still like One Piece more.

From what I vaguely remember, Inuyasha must find crystal shards in order to do...something. (either become full demon or full human or something I dunno). Bad guy gets in way. Main female character is from real world and ends up in fantasy world or back in time or something.

I really don't think an anime as influential as DBZ can be called the worst anime, no matter how poorly it's aged.

also if you wanted to annoy people or go with the "it's popular now it sucks" answer, saying Naruto would have actually gotten a reaction out of people

I wasn't really looking for a reaction. I really think DBZ is awful (the terrible pacing just kills everything), although it would indeed fit better in the "most overrated" category.

Well, most agree. I still think it's kinda too big and respected to call the "worst". But that's just me (and this is basically a "least favorite" instead of "worst" anime thread anyway).

That's why they made DBZ kai. It's the same story but at a much faster pace.
But I agree, the original DBZ is really way to slow paced (of course no one could really predict that Akira Toriyama was going to be ill for so long, which caused huge lag)
