Anyone get the feeling that Amari ni mo sounds like one of the songs Koshi wrote for his solo album but left it out and perhaps reworked it for B'z?

I got the same feeling the first time I heard it. I didn't know that it was a new B'z single untill I saw it here.

Your wording is very clear and understandable . I first saw the video from B'z offical fb page post and since evereything was written in katakana I had no idea what the video was about. Even though at first I got the feeling of "Koshi solo style" song I then noticed it was a new song of B'z. And I wrote "single" there accidently.

Ah, good! And, speaking of B'z songs...

The full version of the "Uchouten" music video is now airing on Japanese music channels! I have my suspicions that it will be included on the DVD for EPIC DAY along with some live performances. There are also some indications (via Shane) that they were very recently filming another music video, possibly for an album song ala the video for "C'mon".

[font=Segoe UI]With its first week on sale drawing to a close, it has been confirmed that "Uchouten" has become the latest B'z single to debut at the top of the Weekly Oricon Singles and Billboard Hot Singles charts in Japan. This extends their record of consecutive number one singles to 47 in a row, dating all the way back to the release of their first chart-topper, "Taiyou no Komachi Angel", in June of 1990. The band will be following the release of the single with an all-new studio album entitled EPIC DAY and nationwide tour B'z LIVE-GYM 2015 -EPIC NIGHT-.

B'z sure has a run for #1
Uchouten is just too catchy. That's their charm. Making catchy and great tunes.

For the new song I have to admit that it went through my head - the whole idea of it being a Koshi solo song is quite amusing. The whole song sounds like the music was designed to fit the lyrics its feel is totally different from other B'z songs.
But that isn't a bad thing we have to wait for the studio version

Yep, you should be able to get any edition you'd like assuming you order earlier rather than later. The ones that are extra limited are the vinyl & original tour goods ones; the vinyl one seems to be going pretty quickly already, even.

Update: It seems that CDJapan already sold out of all their vinyl edition allotments, despite only taking orders for the past three hours! Here's to hoping they'll add some more before release. Amazon Japan were really moving through both the tour goods & vinyl editions, too. It looks like this is going to be a big, big seller.
