I'm sure it'll be good. They still have the same writers, including the original creators, and some of the same voice actors. It'll be awesome.nomemory wrote:Me too. I just hope it's good *nervous*, better keep my expectations low.hopelessidiot wrote: This looks AWESOME! Can't wait to watch it![]()

apparently, the police of the city are actually all metalbenders that are led by (I think) Toph's daughter, and Toph is the one that teaches em all metalbending or something.nomemory wrote:We do?Akonyl wrote: besides, we get old Toph. That's enough imo. That's awesome

I thought they said everyone in Aang's group is dead, and that they will only show their offsprings...? A flashback is good enough for me ^_^.Akonyl wrote: besides, we get old Toph. That's enough imo.

Re: Avatar: The Last Airbender
hm, maybe, but I had heard that while Toph's daughter was the basically the leader of the police, that Toph was the one who actually taught metalbending to them, but that could be wrong info because I wouldn't be able to find the source I got that from anyway.toyks wrote: I thought they said everyone in Aang's group is dead, and that they will only show their offsprings...? Honestly, I'd like an episode like the Firelord and the Avatar. That was a fantastic episode, and would be able to tie up a lot of the loose ends of the Last Airbender.

Well, see, it's set about 70 years after, right? Then the group should be in their 80s or thereabouts. Obviously Aang's gotta be dead for about 17 years. But the others could still be alive. Seeing old Toph would be way awesome.
I hope I'll actually be able to watch it. Didn't realise it was a spinoff series and not a movie.
I completely agree. I am rather curious about what happened with a lot of the characters after the series ended.kyuuketsuki wrote: Honestly, I'd like an episode like the Firelord and the Avatar. That was a fantastic episode, and would be able to tie up a lot of the loose ends of the Last Airbender.

I could totally be wrong, but I think that all the old characters are dead. Toph's the only one I'm not sure about, but I'm pretty sure the wiki said they were all dead.hopelessidiot wrote: Well, see, it's set about 70 years after, right?
