i just hope gosho doesn't decide to kill haibara, 'cause that would be totally lame as turn point of the story

After reading the latest file, I've pretty much decided that the mysterious woman is Yukiko who assisted Akai with his Okiya disguise, because her words to a surprised Scar Akai weren't revealed, and as someone pointed out, she's figured out or been told that he's really Sharon Vineyard, and addressed him as such.

Conan is very dumb, actually. Telling Ai about his scheme with Okiya would be for the best. If she knew that, she wouldn't be in danger like this, and would also feel more safe.

That Scar Akai at the end so does not look like Akai. That means the only possibilities are :
-It's Vermouth and she messed the disguise up (on purpose ?) for whatever reason.
-It''s someone else who isn't as good as her.
-Gosho and/or his assistants failed at drawing him correctly.
