I wonder what Vermouth (Scar Akai) want to do with Sera. She may want to take her hostage to bargain with... Who? She don't suppose to know Akai is alive. She won't kill her. (Improtant character never die LoL). or just knock her out of the picture. I want Sera to have a chance to fight. She's a martial artist!. Please let her do something cool. (Not like how Camel punch down Jodie before drive that car out in Clash arc). But I have feeling that it will end up that way (Sera become distressed damsel).

Kidnapping Sera is what I think she might do. Just not to bargain with the real Akai, but maybe to busy Conan. If he is occupied trying to save Sera or if he can't take action because he might endanger her otherwise, Bourbon wouldn't have any obstacles concerning Ai. Vermouth would protect Conan and keep her promise to him - she mentioned (when she was only wearing that towel) that as long as she personally doesn't do anything to Ai the promise is kept and that Bourbon wasn't part of the deal.

Knocking her out of the picture can be a possibility too. So far it could be that the BO have no idea about other parties involved (except Ai and in Vermouth's case Conan) being present. If the mystery woman said something that indicates she knows what's going on, then that could be why Vermouthwas surprised. Assuming that Vermouth = this time's Scar Akai.

Hmm, yeah, could easily be that. I was wondering if kidnapping her would be as bait for Akai though, after all, Vermouth knows Conan was probably involved and has told Amuro at least *some* info about it. She wouldn't have got his attention enough to go round and get in contact with Mouri/Conan and everything without mentioning Akai, presuming he's Bourbon, of course.

S.A. word with Sera bugged me. He must know Sera's background with Akai to said something like that. But how Vermouth (or Bourbon if he obsess with Akai enough to know, tell her) manage to know Sera, while Jodie (his girlfriend) didn't.

Well, Amuro recognize her for sure. And he even think "Why now" when meet her, so he probably has plan for her.

I'm also using mixed UK/US grammar and spelling(I tend to try to stick to US side when I'm typing online), so I apologize if you can't understand jack shit

Kogoro: All the passengers on this Mystery Train, are deduction fans!
Kogoro: We're all be dead anyway, so intentionally leaving evidence of making it look like a homicide, so that others can't figure out how he himself died! Which means, if you can unluck mystery of the sealed-room, just try it!
Conductor: So that was it! As suspected of Sleeping Kogoro!
Kogoro: Today, call me Poirou!
Sera: Now see here... That person called Murobashi, changed room with Ran and them, and they zestfully co-operated in the deduction quiz.   (Note: or "and they co-operated in the deduction quiz in high spirits." Take your pick on which one you like, it was not easy trying to get a good translation >_>)

Kogoro: Could it be that those 4 individual are those other passengers?
Sera: The cause of the fire seems to be power system failure, specific details are unknown...
Kogoro: If this murder is a revenge plot for that fire... Then isn't this looking more and more like the murders on the Orient Express!!

Conan: Then, speaking of electricity... Why is light bulb in room A broken, and still hasn't been replaced yet?

Really hoping Sera doesn't become a Damsel in Distress. It would just make her knowledge of Jeet Kune Do pointless (kind of how Ran's karate isn't brought up all of the time either)

My prediction:

Scar!Akai = Vermouth
Lady = Yukiko
Amuro = Amuro (for once. I say he's usually Scar!Akai otherwise)
Okiya = Akai

Haibara is going to take the antidote so she doesn't die as a child (hence the "I can't die like this!" line.) I'm believing she's realized something along the lines of the BO finding out about and killing Conan/Shinichi if she dies that way or he'll be used for some sort of plan (Not sure on this guess). So, in order to finish things with the Organization once and for all, she'll return to her Shiho form and try to get herself killed.

However, I also predict that - just like when Vermouth was pointing a gun at her in the Halloween special - Ran will come to protect Shiho. In this scenario, though, it may be Bourbon that's aiming at Shiho and his promise with Vermouth may stop him from shooting.

Meanwhile, Scar!Akai will be having a confrontation of some sort with Sera. I think that this is where Conan will be involved, since he doesn't know about Amuro = Bourbon, but probably at least guessed that Scar!Akai = Bourbon. So, if his mother/Okiya told him Bourbon was on the train, he'd look for Scar!Akai.

Not sure where things would go from here though :V

As for what the lady said to Scar!Akai (since she obviously said something) I would think it'd be something like "Be careful, Sharon" or "You look different, Sharon" or something.

I can go on and express my thoughts about people's interesting theories (not like anyone will be interested though, ha-ha), but I don't have much time, so I'll just note one thing that no one had pointed/mentioned.

Spoiler: File 821

I noticed Amuro's mobile. If you take a good, you can see the diamond symbol(from the Spades cards).

I'm sure everyone is aware that trademark is exclusive for Kaito Kid (in general). Is it possible that Amuro in this arc is really Kaito Kid in disguise? What do you think? I don't want to be the only one with this theory D:

P.S. Although, I can't come up why he'd be disguising as Amuro of all the characters. The only thing I can come up (at the moment) is that Gosho wants to mislead us in thinking that Scar Akai is no Amuro since if he didn't put Amuro in this arc, it'll be too obvious who Scar Akai is.

Might just be me, but I'm all for Fusae being Mystery Woman. Not only is there the evi and stuff that fits from AJ M's theory, but you'll notice her necklace happened to change in this chapter. Now, why would a necklace that looked like Fusae's gingko one change just when the manga readers get a good, front view of it? I'd say that definitely marks it out as important.
Also, as soon as Conan thought anyone was in any danger he got them to lock themselves in their rooms. He knows Okiya(Akai) can take care of himself, but I think there's no way he'd risk his mum. Remember episode 345? He made sure she was on that ship away from the actual danger, I don't think he'd change that now.
And, tbh, I feel Fusae has much more reason to be there than Yukiko. It's Yukiko's house after all, no need to be secretive about visiting. As well as this, Yukiko's personality means she'd most likely try to surprise Conan after dropping in, but we saw no sign of that at all. The closest we got was a flashback to ten years ago.
Which brings me to my next point, Conan doesn't have a particularly close relationship with his parents. Unless they forced themselves in, he wouldn't tell them a thing (look at how he reacted after being APTXed, he never even thought to tell them). Aoyama wouldn't let Yuusaku be involved because he'd ruin any suspense by immediately figuring everything out and in-universe, Yuusaku would probably be nearby to Yukiko and he clearly isn't anywhere near the mystery woman unless you want to argue for Okiya being Yuusaku .

To be honest, I think her necklace was just a pearl necklace from the start :V The first shot of the woman (in 820) has the necklace obscured by not only clothes and the angle but also the distance from the "camera" so to speak. Distorted images are easily seen as things they're not. In the second shot, if you look closely you can actually see the pearls (little half circles). At the very least, the necklace "chain" has some substance to it, while Fusae's gingko necklace has a thin string for the "chain". There's also the fact that, well, other than to trick the manga viewers, why would Fusae change her necklace? In universe, she wouldn't have a reason to. Even if she did, why not just wear a regular necklace the whole time, rather than have it on inside then change it?

What if his mother was acting beside Okiya without him knowing? In episode 345, Yukiko snuck back into the house and had been there for a bit, surprising Conan when he came inside. What if she'd had a similar plan, but then ran into Okiya instead? I mean, there hasn't been any clear indication that Conan's told his parents about Okiya. After likely another "brushing teeth" encounter, poor Okiya could have explained himself. Yukiko being Yukiko could have wanted to help, and in her spare time came down to visit. It wouldn't be a far cry to say she visited after London. This would explain Conan "not letting his mother get in danger" as he theoretically wouldn't know she's in danger in the first place.

Her personality could also mean that she'd surprise him after dropping in during all of the hubbub and he'd have a major panic attack.

Him lacking a close relation with his parents is another reason the "Yukiko collaborating with Okiya" idea could also be an option. Since they're not close, Yukiko could also keep secrets, like helping Okiya. Yukiko's personality also seems like one to force itself in, especially to protect her son. As for Yuusaku, he's the lazy type, Yukiko's the "I'm going to leave and not tell you (Yuusaku)" type, and where was Yuusaku during the Halloween case? He could very well not know what's going on and just be in the US happy as could be, trolling his editors

I'm not saying that's it a complete impossibility of the woman being Fusae, I'm saying that it's also not a complete impossibility that the woman is Yukiko
