It's pretty much a requirement where I live, so yes, most of the time.

Really?  I thought you were in Texas.  When I was in Texas, there was a total of 1 recycling bin in a 6 mile radius of campus.

As for the topic: always unless the option isn't available, so I guess I'll go with most of the time.

I am in Texas, and there's a whole lot more recycling going on that you've apparently seen.  They're very particular about it, at least where I live.
