Unless DC buys out Marvel or vice-versa, it will never contain any Batman, Superman, Green Lantern or similar movie.

Considering DC is owned by Warner Bros and Marvel by Disney, I don't see either being bought out by the other.

RDJ recently gave an interview in which he blurs the line between admitting both yes or no on the question of his playing Stark after A2. I positively refuse to see anyone but Downey play Iron Man

I recognize out of 7, 5 as of now. On the leftmost the Centurion and Mark 6, and the Space armor Second from the top on the right. In the 2nd from the left in the top row, It's obviously Iron Man URU from Fear Itself. And the bottom right one looks like War machine. More on the other two later.

New rumor : Brendon Connely of BDC says that he checked with two sources and Marvel has Ruffalo in contract for 6 films and Planet Hulk aint happening (There's no Banner in it). Joss whedon says that A hulk stand-alone film is far as "the hulk works as part of a whole."

A few weeks ago i posted of Phase 3 details and Planet Hulk.

    At the end of Avengers 2, The Hulk is going to be sent to space. This is either in the third act or, possibly, after the credits.
    It will be the Movieverse version of The Illuminati who do this. And they’ll do it because they deem The Hulk a terrible threat – so expect to see how and why he’s so dangerous.
    Then, in Phase 3, this will be paid off with The Hulk’s standalone movie, adapting Planet Hulk. This was Greg Pak’s comics story in which The Hulk becomes a gladiator and then a King on an alien planet.
    The Hulk will then return to earth for Avengers 3 which will draw on World War Hulk, another Pak run which sees Big Green coming back for revenge after his banishment.

A Marvel spokesman said that  "Where is the rule that says when a movie adapts a comic book it has to verbatim? Mark Ruffalo’s role in a Planet Hulk movie wouldn’t be reduced."

So back to square one, basically.
