Unless it's specified in the licensing contract for Fantastic Four, then it doesn't matter.  Are you a member of either side's legal team with intricate knowledge of the contract?  No?  Then stop being so adamant about it.  Yes?  Then please do explain where Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver fall under the contracts.  They're long-standing members of the Avengers, but they've also been in the Brotherhood of Mutants before that, and are Magneto's children.  Where do they fall?

Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver can be used by Marvel Studios as they are connected to the Avengers. As long as there is no mention of Their relationship with Magneto, or the X-men.
Also, The Negative Zone Can be used by Marvel, but they need Fox's permission acc. to the contract.

I really think it's up to Marvel how and when they use it, not Fox. Fox has a pretty tenuous contract on the characters as it is, given that they're having to reboot the F4 again before Marvel takes their toys back.

We're just saying, it's a possibility that you can't debunk unless you're secretly a lawyer for Marvel or Fox, which I highly doubt.

Watched it as it aired in Japan.  First half is really good.  Second half is absolute crap.  Better than Iron Man's anime though, which was absolute crap from the get-go.  The X-Men anime, however, was pretty good the entire time.  Didn't watch Blade because, really, who gives a damn about Blade?

Speaking of Iron Man, I keep hearing rumours that the Iron Man 3 stinger is going to feature Hank Pym. Has anyone heard anything legit on this, or is it just more wishful rumouring like the stuff about Spiderman being in Avengers 2?
