Well, technically Adult Ai from OVA 9 counts as Shiho. And there are some very good close ups there.

Try the opening sequence with the song Revive. It has Shiho as one of Vermouth's photo/playing cards.

also, iirc in one of the recent movie openings when they're introducing Haibara, in the background they have a Shiho picture in labcoat in the background. I have a small screenshot of it, but that's at home so :V
