I dunno what your identity card is exactly, but you should probably report it stolen asap, sounds like the type of thing you don't want other people having  :-X

sucks about the iphone+money though, I know someone who had their phone stolen once, sucked a bunch D:

edit: Also, since you edited the topic title for grammar, it's "I've been stolen from", not "I've been stolen", which means that they took you, not your stuff :P

I meant my ID card, so I don't have a nationnality anymore :-\
And I went to the police, they can't do anything since I don't know who the thief is D:< *very mad for the first time in my life*

Wait, isn't there an iPhone tracking app? I'm not sure if it needed to be installed beforehand or not, though. Definitely something worth looking into I guess. It's also possible that the people from Apple will help you retrieve the necessary information for it.

probly needed to be installed beforehand. iPhones had hidden GPS logging which everybody flipped out about, but that was just putting the contents into a file, so he wouldn't be able to access that without his phone.

If the phones had remote always-on GPS tracking people probly woulda exploded. But yeah, Apple could probably help out somehow anyway.

Not sure about Europe, but America's is somehow built into the phone after the last updates. ( Though I had it as soon as it came out cause I'm paranoid, so could be wrong. :x ) Also I hope you get your stuff back. :)

Such a thing happened here recently. Someone's phone was stolen and they tracked it to an apartment complex but the police couldn't do anything about it since they couldn't search through everyone's apartment.

ooh ouch. If your identity card is anything like ours here, then it gets a bit tough since you're supposed to carry it with you around everywhere (I believe the fine if you don't is at least a few hundred ringgit). But since yours was stolen, perhaps you can apply for a new one without a fine. They'll still have you on record. You could use your birth certificate or any bank cards/driver's license to prove who you are. Most likely your birth certificate will be the proof of your nationality anyway even if you're not in the system.

As to your iPhone, I think going to the Apple store or something might help? Or calling the customer service. I'm not sure what the procedure is since i don't own one myself. I hope you manage to get it back.

At the very least you gotta file a theft report with the police listing what was stolen. That helps in replacing your things.
