I feel like boys are annoying from 2-6 and 13-18. The first because they're just pests, and the second because that's the time when they start thinking they're too cool/mature for . Then once they get a little older they tend to realize it doesn't really matter

Though, they can also be pests from 7-12 if they have bad parents or they're just a twerp anyway.

Then at puberty.
