There are moutains evidence that Shinchi can, there are no evidence showing Yusaku can. That should be the end of the argrument. Since my agrument doesn't have basis in "the lack of evidence" that you claim, instead it have basis in that you can't bring up solid evidence showing the contrary(if you can bring up solid evidence showing that Yusaku can physically knock out a dangerous culprit I would be all ears, the Train case in episoder 143-4 don't count since he only grabbed the culprit by hand and talked him down through words). If Gosho intended for Yusaku to be able to apprehend culprits on his own, he would have shown it by now. Plus Yusaku is a mystery writer who serve as Megure's consultant on difficult cases, not someone acting like a professional detective like Shinichi, a police consultant don't need the skill to apprehend culprits or acting independent of the police whereas we are moutains of evidence showing Shinichi have these skills.
