1. I certainly hope so. If it is I'll get the game just to explode it or burn it or throw it or smash it. Fangirls and fanboys can be annoying when they make something that they seem to market as being for every fan only to have it focused on the pairing of their choice. I can understand if they made it just to play with their friends- but to sell it to unsuspecting fans who don't support that couple (if they didn't read in-between the lines like Ran not being in there).... it's just annoying.

2. Oh I hope they finish it anyways or at least release a demo so we get at least a little feeling of "DC RPG- YAY! ^^" from the thing.

The art looks really good. I'm really digging Shinichi and Shiho's drawings, especially Shiho's, simply because we never actually see her in the series and, to be honest, I feel like the anime team makes her look strange.

And yes, I agree in wishing upon that the anime had this quality and style, rather than pink and green vibrant colors and big pointy noses.

Forget the couples. If they ever sell it, that would be illegal.
If it's fan-made, they're not allowed to make any profit out of it.

btw, if you think the artwork is so superior, please look at Mitsuhiko's pic and find out what's missing.
