I say those fans made it up on their own --- a very nice fan-art at that (excellent imitation if you look at the Detective Boys except Conan and Haibara), but I still say it's not Gosho's or the staff in general, the way their mouths are often drawn is different, and the shading, colouring ... Maybe I'm just wrong. I don't think it's "official" in the sense it's Gosho's. Thanks for sharing, though  I'm looking forward to a confirmation.

since when ran has purple eyes ? and conan looks strange in that poster  ??? the rest looking good.

The poster appears to be made up of photoshopped vector drawings. You can see in the image eva posted above me where the image of Conan on the skateboard comes from. If you look closely you can see in the movie screencap that Conan's suspenders are their proper black color, but if you look in the supposed "official" poster they're white.

Other oddities:
*Ran's purple eyes.
*The side of Ai's hair that's closest to Conan is missing its black outlines.
*Why on Earth would Genta be carrying a potato chip bag and grinning behind an extremely serious Kogoro? Doesn't make sense from a design standpoint. (He was eating potato chips in the trailer but I highly doubt this is important enough to be on a poster.)
*Ran, Ai, and Kogoro appear in similar poses (although in the case of Ai and Kogoro, reversed) in the released trailer. All a vector artist has to do is change the facial expressions. I don't know the source for the Detective Boys but I'd guess one of the anime calendars.
*The use of the English text logo is missing. Previous movie posters always include it.
*J-League logo is missing. Considering the animation's partnership with J-League it's a big deal for this movie so surely it'd be included. (Quarter of Silence's poster included the 15th Anniversary logo so I highly doubt they'd forget to include this logo.)

Why do Gosho choose red and black stripes for Movie 16 badge. Speaking of red and black stripes, the most popular football club is AC Milan, this means Gosho is AC Milan fan.

For one thing, I've already seen the image of Ayumi and the other two before. I can't recall where.... Ran really has purple eyes...sometimes and not that purple....The way Mouri Kogorou is put in the poster is really wierd
