I really enjoy these types of episodes, they are the classic DB mysteries, and it's even better that Conan is injured, however I thought this would be another "Detective Haibara" again until she got caught too.

This episode really reminds me of that one episode in the Cave, where Conan took a bullet, and how the three children Detective Boys had to think of something to save the day.

Something else I wanted to point out: no closure regarding Yukiko and Yuusaku's appearance?  They briefly appear in London to save Shinichi's ass in the stadium, and that's it?  I wanted more footage w/ them!  Also, were they just in Japan, and met Ai and collected the pill?  Needs more explanation in my opinion, especially since this is the first time we physically see Yuusaku with Conan since the North Star Train case.

Also, I really liked how they did a lil flashback with that Metropolitan Love Story Case, when Satou was locked inside the building.

That's why the main author "Gosho Aoyama" is the only person who is able to take out Conan within seconds just by opening a door and rebounding a ball back to Conan. And he even had a right to carry Haibara like a toy.

Bad thing is earthquake scene is deleted and led to the scene of Ayumi, Haibara and Mitsuhiko holding Conan is deleted too.

Ep 257 had earthquake scene and the buildings are really shaken.
Ep 568-569 had mentioned earthquake too, Haibara and Ayumi even scared and hold Conan's arm.

Honestly, I'm glad it was removed.  Not for sensitivity or anything, but just because it seemed far too coincidental (even beyond this series' normal standards) for Mitsuhiko of all people to have learned this code system just recently, and now he's able to apply it.  I much prefer it being something his sister happened to teach him at some indeterminate date in the past, and Conan was the one who brought it up.
