Oh snap, things about to get real.  I thought the chasing down Conan/Agasa was pretty funny, and who was that mysterious lady in the end?!  Yukiko !!

Also, I really like that soundtrack music when Ran and Minerva were talking about "love is zero", I remember it from the 300 episodes when Ai was sick.

yeah.. he doesn't have any idea about how does she feel.. anyone would have understood it, even those who aren't detectives..

Well, he's also a teenaged boy. He has proven from day one he isn't exactly that stellar at handling emotions. His character development on being less of a selfish jerk has been nothing short of astounding, and I think his White Day present to Ran shows how much he's changed... but he's still not perfect. XD London is definitely a learning experience for him.

It was funny how Ran was asking about Shinichi and people replying about Conan, since the way she was asking "boy" would be more understood as a child.

Also, none of those people went like a 6-7 years old with glasses wearing this and carrying that , because the action was in tourists area, I am sure there are many "Far East* looking people were there, since white people do not distinguish the Japanese from Koreans or Chinese..

I'm about to sound dumb trying to say this to someone that is in the country in question but I'm guessing it's assumed that if there are Far East looking people there they are usually together in a tour group so if she's just looking for an individual Far East looking "boy" (sounds like a lost child) the people responded appropriately given the situation.

those were 2 songs I never thought I'd hear again (that one and the classic song used for the recap (had to look that up)). The one you're talking about was from the movie 4 soundtrack, probably my favorite...wait actually no, the one you're talking about was from...I dunno. I'm talking about that epic remix of the main theme. Used before the ED.

oh yeah, also I'm glad the last Ran suspicion arc with Ran getting Shinichi's cell number finally mattered. I always felt like it wasn't used well as a plot point despite how awesome Conan needing two cell phones because of a secret identity is.

I agree with ranger and kkslider, the use of music was great in  this episode and it has been far better in general since the beginning of the 600s (all we need now is the "hmmmmm hmmmm" one). I did laugh when the BO theme remix started playing with pickles in the backround.
