This whole series was just confusing to me. Did it happen before he became Conan? No, because Kogoro refers to himself as a "great detective." So after he gets changed back? During a short spell where he's taken the antidote?

Ah well. I've just been enjoying it for what it is. I think they got a great actor for Shinichi and Ran, even if they are a bit out-of-character at times. Sad to see it end so soon but it's nice at the same time that it's going to get wrapped up soon!

As for who is behind it...

I too thought it was his parents until Ran got shot by the poison dart. I think at the end it will be Vermouth. It seems like just the kind of deadly game she'll play. Either that or some totally unknown new character introduced just for the series (ie, a crazy obsessed fangirl from another high school or something)

It was okay, I wondered how they would solve the ending, how Shinichi won't be able to say what he wants. This is my favourite case btw. and it was done well.

But.............. Shinichi's suit was so ill-fitting and it could really use some ironing. I mean, where did they get that? And it had an ugly colour too.

LOL at still not being able to confess. But we know he'll try again later, at the same spot with the same murder! (weird) Anyways, episode 11 was good, but they've now officially torn up the canon to a point of no return. After all, guys can't be killed twice.

Really? I squee-ed when I saw it, actually. It looks a lot like his suit in the anime, though it does need a good ironing. And does anybody think that the mascot looked like Pedobear? XD
