I think it was a really good storyline and you could see feelings from Ai, her right feeling.
And the kids were really kids and not adults.

I watched it a few days ago on YT with German subs, managed to understand 90% of it. To be honest, I liked it. But I only did because it was centered on Ai, for a change. I think the plot was cheesy, but then again, almost all OVA's are that weird. Another good point that I liked was that they made the story related to the London case. We were all wondering what happened to Ai while Shinichi was in London, well now we do. The make up scene was cheesy too funny, but I still prefer Ai without make up.

I still find it out of character for Ai to stay at Ayumi's. And dolled up 6-year-olds are somewhat disturbing tbh. Especially that picture. x_x Which fans are they trying to cater to?
Anyway, it was not half bad, though not nearly as good as the last two OVAs. Ayumi trying to do her own make-up and Mitsuhiko thinking that Ai was an MI-6 agent hiding from the Mafia were quite funny.

That picture is surely disturbing. At first, when they only showed Haibara, I was like "Hehe, that's cute, but they didn't have to, it looks so out of character". And then when Ayumi appeared, I checked behind me to see if someone was looking at the screen.

It's got Ai and Okiya in it!  How bad can it be?  I haven't watched it yet, but already it probably beats 7/10 released OVAs in my opinion.

Glad to see from the responses that I'm not the only one that finds that artwork during the ED disturbing.  It's just feels completely out of place for the series to put that in there.
