Your thoughts on DC Ending 37 and 38

Post here your thoughts on why DC quickly added Ending 38. Having this on hand, ending 37 would seem rather short on the number of episodes it was shown.  :(

both the OPs and EDs are lacking in diversity. Don't get me wrong, I love Shinichi and Ran and all that, but they need to remeber there are more than two characters in DC--->likesatouandtakagicougncoughcough***

Ending 37 is one of my favorite songs. Plus I really like how Shinichi says the final words to the song. Haven't seen ending 38 yet though.

Wow, I'm way behind.  I haven't been able to use the net regularly since March 30.  I'm finally back home in the US.  I haven't read or watched any DC since then either (just reruns of it on television back in Japan, the last one being the Shikansen case), so yeah. I didn't know that the series was on ending 38 now.  What episode does ending 38 start at?
