Starts:

Phases:
Prep. Phase lasts 15 Min. Every other night and day phase lasts 10 min. Phase changes are in between and could take up to 5 min.
Rules:
Rules from Round 22 applies. They will probably be no criminals. Depends on the size of the game. Link to the rules.
New:
We'll try to use IRC this time instead of the Forum. This means that people will join a chat and will be able to talk either global in the main chat or PM other people with clicking the names in the chat and a new window with a one-on-one chat appears.
You don't need to PM people in the forum, which will lessen the stress on the forum (or there could be too many PMs around again killing the forum :x)
With this new method, you will be able to share info faster considering you only have 10 min time to do stuff anyway.
Try to come online a bit earlier in case you have questions for the IRC chat. Link to the IRC channel will be provided soon (I hope XD)
