Let's see... I'm from the northnorthwest coast of the US, and am seventeen years old. I'm a fanficcer, and have been writing since I was twelve. I started reading Detective Conan when I was fourteen. My two favorite authors OF ALL TIME!!! are Ellery Queen and Isaac Asimov. I adore puzzles of pretty much any kind, which could be why I love languages, mysteries, and really complicated plotlines so much. My favorite TV shows are Doctor Who and PBS Mystery!, which is really a blanket declaration of undying love for Sherlock, The Murdoch Mysteries, Foyle's War, and pretty much whatever else happens to catch my interest. (Not Wallander though.) I also enjoy New Amsterdam and Firefly (which simply must say something about my interests), and am working on catching up on Castle and Stargate in all its ridiculous entirety. Most people think I'm a little weird, and there are people who go beyond that, but the people I fence with just settle for psychopathic surrounded-by-severed-limbs one-woman-army jokes.

I am a shipper of crack, in an entirely metaphorical and legal way. My OTP is Ellery Queen/Arsène Lupin, and I am also strangely fond of Nakamori Ginzo/Kuroba Chikage. I do not partake in ship wars however, as they are unbecoming. Odds are if it exists, I ship it, and if if it doesn't exist, I still probably ship it. Things that I love that do not fall under the category of books or TV include Tintin, sailing, fencing and other related swordplay and sharp pointy objects, macaroni and cheese, Astro Boy, epic soundtracks, time travel, the Sims, and being a lazy bum. In a perfect world there would be spaceships and superheroes. Robots too, but that's not alliterative. Dead bodies for detectives to deduce about REALLY don't count.

I originally created this account for a purpose currently unknown to mankind, and then became active in order to talk about the Jeet Kune Do guy. Then The Planet happened, and I think I've become a permanent addition to this forum. So I might as well introduce myself!

To make things easy for you, here's a list of the current groups inhabiting the OT: First, we have the Japan Domination Committee, the very first DCTP organization founded by yours truly and his awesome cat. If conquering countries is your forte, please visit us here. We might need of your assistance. Next up, the original Harem led by Abs. and PhoenixTears. Harems are normal, so don't get freaked out that much. Though it's okay to scream and yell for help if you ever get recruited. Then we have the ever-so-popular Onionhead Fanclub, managed by our resident onion, nomemory. If you have a penchant for cute emoticons, then you might want to join, if not, I insist, you MUST join. Next in line is the CCP residing in the First Impressions Thread. I can't say much about them, but you'll find out by asking Conia or Callid, the founders of the pact. And last but not the least, my sister's twisted Sad East Kingdom, the newest group to-date. I'll stay away from it if I were you. Unless you're an M, then feel free to... well, be the Queen's slave.

Oh, and another thing, if you come across Girl19 here, don't pick up a fight (or even discuss something with her) if you don't want to get your ass kicked. Stay away from Kleene Onigiri, too, if she wants to make you her new punching bag-- yes, riceballs can punch. Be wary of Eve for she is, well, evil. I need not to elaborate.

Don't worry about that shadow behind you. That's probably Conia, our Community Detective-- if not, then it's Shadowman, who else? Another one here named Akonyl likes bees. He's the Bee Princess, so he expects you to pay homage to him and give him wasp presents.

A little heads-up: Parkur is a flirt, so don't be surprised if he sends lots of ":-*" your way. (line deleted)

Don't worry, you'll meet lots of friends in the course of your stay here, like bears, holiday butt-punchers, mad scientists, evil princesses, ninja assassins, weird-named people, and drunk raccoons. A lot of skirmishes happen between members, and you might get involved, but please do not try to even utter a single insult against Ai, if you don't want to be squashed, chopped, burned, tortured, pitch-forked or poked by the AiCons. Of course, the same applies to Kaitou KID. Though I reckon it's covered already by the mods.

Oh, I almost forgot! You need to attend this class... you'll need it.
