I like this LA too. Can't wait for English subs.
New Ran is just great - cute, pretty, fragile. Sonoko and Kogoro are okay, as usual. About Eri - the actress is okay, but I really don't know why they made her a comedy character like Kogoro. O_o I mean, in manga she's serious nad mature, in LA... Just weird.
What I don't like - new Shinichi (I miss you SHUN!!!) and that they needed to make two "almost" kissing scenes. It's idiotic, because it's not based on manga. :[ Besides, Eri should have been there too - if Shinich saw her 100 day before becoming Conan, he would have recognized her in manga. :/

That's strange..cause I'm pretty sure that's not the official DVD. Did they decide to release it first in other regions, or is that a pirated version?

The Live Action won't be subbed for a while DCTP is more focused on finishing the old episodes needing subbing, The New episodes and the manga.

I already ask TimeLesSub (the one which sub LA 2) and it looks like they don`t have a plan to sub LA 3 either.

I cut only some  moments from L-A3 to sub. And it was the first time I ever subbed a video. It took me several hours  +  dizziness.

14.8% is a good score. But ratings =/= quality anyway.
