In my dream I ran someone over.

Last night's dream was quite long and the whole plot of it was me trying to get a vampire girl to turn me into a vampire.  When I finally found her and convinced her, we were preparing for it when my alarm clock woke me up.  I never got to experience the best part. ;_;

a lot that I can't remember. But at one point, I was in an icy "abandoned" building with a bunch of other people (I say abandoned because it was decrepit and there was ice/snow everywhere even inside), and I was playing a metal handrail on a set of stairs with a pair of plastic straws. Somehow, this gave out tone-perfect xylophone music. After I'm done playing, I go to the banker's booth to collect my earnings from the day, but as I am some thug in a Space Marine type outfit storms up to the teller and asks where my money is, and the teller says I've already come and taken it, so the thug storms out (after not finding me). I go up to the banker and he hands me a huge wad of cash, which I'm pretty sure is in pesos, and I run out of the building where a few friends and (I think) my dad are waiting at a car. The car is outdoors, but it's like on top of a skyscraper or something, because the outside world is just a bunch of icy towers in a vast expanse of a crystalline cave. Next to the car is a giant winding concrete slide that extends up at least 10-20 floors above us.

The section before that is a lot foggier, and included us driving around to various stores where parties were going on, and at one point we came across the desert+tundra border (which was no transition, just desert instantly becoming tundra). At one point there was a hat shop, where they sold a bunch of weird hats, but I didn't really like any of them. It ended with us driving to the place where I played the railing xylophone, though.

There was also a segment where I was in a huge "city" of lights, stairs and water/waterfalls and it was awesome looking. But, I can't remember how it connected to the rest of the dream. D:

Had a dream last night where I was in the house of one of my old roommates (don't think he actually has a house now though) along with a mutual friend of ours. As soon as I enter the house I go "yo WTF" because the entire house is just teeming with bats. Except in this world, bats have the heads of cats and the bodies of birds, so really they're catbatbirds. They're especially concentrated in the sofa that I'm supposed to sleep in, which weirds me out substantially. The roommate traps them all and puts them into a little zipped pack, which the friend decides to open for some reason, letting a few of the catbatbirds out before I close it shut again. There was more catbatbird shenanigans in the dream, but they're not worth mentioning. :V

Also, later on in the dream I realized that the catbatbird dream was a recurring dream, and that I often dreamed about them. Only, when I got up, I realized that was the only time I've ever had that dream. :V

Also had a dream where my boss came around to my cube wondering where some music was coming from, so he conscripted me into following him to find where it was coming from. We arrived at this one guy's cube, who had headphones on and wasn't paying attention when my boss asked questions, so the boss ended up telling the guy to quit before he just fires him, at which point I feel uneasy and venture off, where I find out that the music is coming from a nearby empty cube.  :-X

Last night's dream: I was friends with this guy with glowing white eyes, and he decided that he was going to hurt people who had been mean to me and him. And this somehow included my dad, who had never been mean to either one of us anyway. He started making people have heart attacks with psychic power (probably some kinda Death Note thing floating around in my head there). But I never tried to physically stop him, since I was too afraid of what he'd do to me if I protested. Didn't feel so hot about myself when I woke up.

I had a dream where I woke up (back in my parents' house) and was like "oh god where are my pants" and rather than just put on another pair, I decided to investigate the missing pants. I remembered that I had been to a party the night before at a nearby college (which doesn't actually exist), so I got in my car and started driving. But as I'm driving, I accidentally almost hit another car and think "oh god I'm still drunk from last night!" at which point the car and world stretches out in front of me, like I'm going warp speed in Star Trek, and it feels like I'm now trying to grab the steering wheel from the back seat of the car. When I snap out of it, the entire world around me has been turned into legos, including the other cars on the road. I swerve to avoid an 18-wheeler (which is actually just basically a cube of legos, not really that long) which crashes and explodes into its bricks, and make my way to the campus.

When I get there, I walk about two blocks before I realize that the layout is really confusing and I don't even know where my car is anymore. So, I decide to start making a map, and continue on. Then I get to this stretch next to a giant set of concrete stairs, and I have no clue which way to go. Someone sitting on the stairs asks me if I'm looking for my pants, which I think is very weird, but she clarifies that she was at the party as well and apparently a lot of people lost one article of clothing or another, and they were collected into a giant clothes room with the rest of the socks/pants/shirts/etc. She points me in the right direction, and I find my way to the house, which is apparently locked because the owner isn't in, and around this point it becomes nighttime. So I'm bummed, but at that point my ex-roommate and friend show up (apparently they lost stuff too) and we decide to walk around while we wait for the guy. While we're walking, the roomie turn to the friend, takes out a gun and shoots him point blank in the chest and my friend flies to the ground. I'm like "wtf was that for?" and the roomie is like "don't worry, it was only a double-blank, so he'll be fine when he wakes up, but we have to get out of here before the police come" and I'm just angry because the police are gonna be chasing us and I still don't have my pants?

We make our way back off of campus, to the point where I started my map, at which point the friend catches up with us again. By now though, police have arrived and are driving along the streets in cars and along the sidewalks in tractors (:V) looking for us. We decide to split up and they run off, but I can't make my way to my car because a lot of police are patrolling the street I crossed to get here originally. So, while I'm waiting in some bushes for the police to leave, I wake up.

Also at some point in that dream, me+roomie+friend went shopping at some discount store, but I don't know why or when.

Yeah I don't think you want my dreams ranger. Last few nights have been seriously mafia-related but always me being attacked and escaping by a hair. Though one time it felt like I was Sherlock which woulda been kinda cool if there wasn't the attacked bit

Last night I had a long series of lucid dreams inside of regular dreams that occasionally became lucid (as in I was dreaming regularly, but then I would "fall asleep" inside my dreams and have lucid dreams o.0).  Most of it was just trying to figure out how to fly well because it was more like I was just hovering slowly.  Flying is difficult ;_;

I dreamed all the usual chat people were on chat, because it was our "Sunday chat" where we talked about the newest DC file and then all went out to lunch. I was late to chat, so I didn't know where we were going for lunch, but somehow nobody seemed to notice I came in the room even when I asked.

Then suddenly, Jd PM'd me and I figured it'd be about where we were all going to meet. And it was, but the conversation went thusly:

Jd: Don't even bother asking
Me: Why?
Jd: We all agreed to go out for pizza. But Parkur said he didn't want to go out for pizza, and it's always about what he wants
Me: (nothing, as I figured out how to react to this)
Jd: I guess we'll never have pizza
Me: ... (I can't remember what I said here)
aly (PMs me suddenly): Nobody likes dinosaurs, *my real name*
Me: Why?
aly: I have to go to sunday chat

We went back into the main chat room and there was a strawberry cake there, and we all ate it but there was still some lingering resentment between us.

*The strawberry cake is probably the real one my mom made last night but I'm not going to get to eat :x As for the dinosaur hate (aly ;_; How could you?) and the passive-aggressiveness toward Parkur, no idea where it came from. But maybe you guys should work out your problems face to face next time. :x
