I haven't voted yet but I say Kazuha...

Reasons: Assuming she has been practicing for the same amount of time as the other characters (since childhood), because no indication was made otherwise to such a fact... Aikido though being categorized as a "soft" art is one of the most devastatingly effective martial arts in the world. By using their opponent's momentum they shift their own body weight to throw and subdue their opponent. This would make her the perfect match for the power focused Ran.

I think Ran, because the speed of her attacks are phenomenal, whereas Kazuha has not shown to have as good a reactionary time. Kazuha's martial art only works if she can grapple them, while Ran has the advantage where she can maintain her distance or work up close.
