Shinichi falling for Haibara instead for Ran is just too much. I will say one in a million. No, 00.01 in a million~

Having the topic brought up will at least involve something relative, even them not being together overall isn't a big deal but hell something will be going on. Conan's an ass anyway.

Saguru has no pair, Haibara has no pair...  the possibility for them to pair up I would say 88% <3

Genta is more likely , he's actually been in 5 episodes. Hakuba would be pointless, passed over, and just there to be their, a way to kill 2 chapters, why? Matching Ai just because you're convinced she needs a man .

Shinichi falling for Haibara isn't implausible..  This isn't canon but in the 5th movie, when Shinichi saw Sonoko with Ai's hairstyle, he blushed thinking she looked pretty.

Now, using some easy pseudo-math..

Shiho > Sonoko in terms of looks.
Shinichi = blush when Sonoko + Shiho hairstyle
Shinichi = blush x2 when Shiho in adult form
therefore, Shinichi possible chance of falling for Shiho if he sees her in her teenage form.

Shinichi only really likes Ran for 1 - her looks, 2 - childhood BS, 3- shes nice and cooks well. 
Shinichi and Ai have a lot more in common, can actually talk/flirt/joke about with one another, while on the otherhand if you look at Ran and Shinichi, it's either "SHINICHI WHERE HAVE U BEEN?" "uhh...buzies" "oh, okay...uhh....*blush"

Shiho>Ran looks-wise, an always changing brownish-red-head strawberry blonde british japanese girl with blue eyes?!

If you were to do a comparison with these facts, Shinichi has a chance at falling for Ai.

Hakuba is not possible. at all.  He was never even a supporting character, only a cameo char that has showed up in like..two episodes.  However, I respect him more than Dork-face McFreckles, so I support this shihoxhakuba as a last resort.

Funny, but the moment Shinichi becomes Conan is the time when Ran confesses that she is in love with him, THEREFORE they are meant only to be friends if they still wish to hold decent conversations!!!

Uuuhh.. I think Shiho's type is more of the not-vain and shy type. Hakuba seems to be vain. Imho, Shiho can get along with the likes of Kudou and Hakuba but as an equal of sorts and someone she can jest with/tease.

As Ai I think she actually looks cute with Mitsuhiko. There are several eps/files (aurgh I forget which) where Mitsuhiko seems to express feelings for Ai and Ai finds it sweet.
