The result of his actions is that no one will say if they got a BO interrogation result.  Because anyone that comes out and accuses someone as BO is either going to have the "oh yeah that was the slandered ha ha ha" or they'll be singled out as a special investigator.  

Since we will have no other leads today, let's just go with the person who created this unfavorable-to-town situation.
