A thought but missing the murder weapon. Think pillow over face.

M.Holmes wrote:My second theory would have actually been along the lines of MDavid's, except I would have added to the proof that he isn't what he says he is because:
A public toilet isn't really more environmentally friendly(possibly even less so) and sticking a frozen sausage into your suitcase would cause it to get your papers (assuming they were important) wet as it began to defrost and sweat, not to mention the sheer irrationality of the notion. He could have simply recycled the plastic bag after he was done using it.
There's far too many illogical elements to his story for him not to be guilty, unless they were added intentionally as a red herring.
Question: If asphyxiation had been induced by drowning, the coroner would a discovered that, correct?
Suspect 1 :
Brings ice pieces in the suitcase.
Killer holds the pipe with paper (so no fingerprints & also explains the crumpling) and knocks victim unconscious.
Stuffs the victims mouth and nose with ice preventing him from breathing and hence die.
The ice would've melted by the time the body is discovered .
The killer kept the paper in the suitcase where he kept the ice( so paper's wet ),he went to toilet
probably to dispose of the extra ice .To dry the suitcase an open area would be preferable
over the toilet so his testimony is a lie
Where were all the victims body found ? (If the location is relevant to solving this case)
Could the ghost be the real serial killer ?
Sorry ,i think i'll pass this one to AkairaKKH since i wont be online for a week .I'm going to my grandma's place and not internet there .

Suspect 1 the inside the suitcase was wet and empty except for crumpled paper, which was also wet. "I accidentally dropped it in the water fountain (there is a fountain in the park), so it got wet.

The Discovery
A man went into the abandoned warehouse he owned to check it's condition because he was looking to sell it. The first thing he noticed was that the air conditioning was up unnaturally high and it was a hot summers' day outside. Plus there were no cleaners or workers scheduled to come in which was the only time he ever turned on the electricity.
The second thing was that there was a man hanging from the central beam in the warehouse with a pile of clothes beneath him.
The man calls the police immediately.
The Investigation
A few minutes later Inspector Megure appears accompanied by Conan who had been forced on him by Kogorou for the day.
They notice that the man is hanging roughly half a metre off the ground and that that the pile of clothes underneath him are slightly damp. Conan also notices that while the man's shoes are very dirty the soles are clean.
The police can see by the dust marks that the boxes haven't been moved, but also the pile of boxes next to the victim have a set of blurry footprints going up them.
The coroner thinks the man has only been dead for few hours but because of the high temperature he can't be sure.
On further inspection of the warehouse they find similar piles of clothes but none of them are as clean or damp as the one beneath the victim.
They also find a baseball bat with a little of the victims blood on it bit not fingerprints, they think it was used to knock out the victim.
Also some dust had been wiped away from the beam the victim was hanging from.
The Suspects
Suspect 1- Owed the victim a lot of money he couldn't pay back. Has an injury on his right hand he says he got by spilling coffee on it earlier. He is left handed and owns a sports shop.
Suspect 2- Invested a lot of money in the victims company but lost it all. Has sleeve marks round his wrists but rolled them up because it was too hot for him inside the warehouse. Right handed and owns an ice cream factory.
Suspect 3- Had fallen victim to a scam run by the victim has a bandage on his race he says he got a cut when he fell earlier. Right handed and works for a pizza delivery company.
They check the suspect's shoes against the ones found on the boxes but they all seem to be possible machines. They then see faint tracks going from the door to the victim and back again.
They think it's some sort of delivery box that made the tracks, but one suspect works as a delivery person and both the ice cream factory and the sports' shop do deliveries.
Who did it?
How did they do it?
And
How can you prove it?
Sorry for typos, I'm doing this on my phone XD
