AS for my theory ( do not worry I will get back on topic ) What I meant is this In Conan land over 15 years have passed but converted to real time in has only been a month. Or it Dc was real and started in June at Episode 600 it would now be July

Heiji- How would you explain Hattori Heiji. He was introduced as a stranger and is now best friends with Kudo Shinichi. Are you trying to imply this all happened in the span of a month when Heiji's appearances alone can constitute as month. A month isn't enough time to have Heiji go through that change. Actually, a month does not even give proper time for Heiji to invite Kudo to Osaka or Koshien.

Shiho Miyano- Clearly stated she conducted a house search of Kudo Shinichi's residence after a moderate time had passed after Gin reported him dead. Then she went on to say she waited additional time to conduct the second house search before declaring him dead. Finally, it was implied more time passed after the second house search and her attempted suicide. A month cannot even allow for her origin story to have happened, let alone her life as Haibara.

Ran Mouri- In Desperate Revival, she was extremely worried that Shinichi had forgotten the school schedule, why would she be worried about such a silly thing if only a month had passed?
She also made it sound as the notes she had ready for Shinichi were of a large nature and she had been keeping them for a while, something she could of not accumulated in a month.

There, I just spat out random things from my brain and that alone was enough to show how a month is a gross understatement of the time that has lapsed in DC. The plot just doesn't allow it.
P.S.- Trying to figure out time in the DC universe is futile. Best bet is to say "more than half a year less than a full year" has passed.
