and though I'm sure you have no intention of backing down, I would say make sure that she compromises with you on this. If you can't manage to, you might run into a lot of other compromise issues later on. :/

Not too horrible actually. That's the only thing that's been bothering me. Otherwise, we get along really well.

Don't worry, I talked to her about it right after I posted that and she's willing to agree to my terms without any argument actually. And we're gonna sit down and seriously discuss everything as soon as our work schedules will allow for it.

Next week...
Sunday - day off, which I will be using to pack most likely
Monday - work
Tuesday - move-in date if we're approved for this place; we turn in the paperwork tomorrow morning (luckily, we just have to pick of the keys and everything, don't have to physically move everything in that day)
Wednesday - work
Thursday - Thanksgiving + Dad's birthday
Friday/Saturday - two days which should only happen in the deepest levels of Hell.

As of this year, yes. Apparently most stores are turning it into a weekend thing. D: We're opening up at 5 on Friday (which is an hour earlier than last year), and then at 6 on Saturday, and we don't close until 10 either night. And I'm closing both nights. D: (While that means I won't have to be there for the morning rush, I'm not looking forward to how trashed the place will be by the end of the night.)

Normal store hours are 9 to 9.
