obviously depends, but in general earthquake and it's not close.

earthquakes cause a large % of tsunamis.

Would have voted floods if there was such an option. Or disease epidemics, but that doesn't usually qualify as a natural disaster.

I would have voted volcano because volcanic eruptions sometimes occur hand-in-hand with earthquakes and tsunamis, but!  Sometimes the volcanic eruption doesn't and is disappointingly localized.

Tsunamis, however, have wider range than any of the other choices.

Well, except again for supervolcano eruptions :V

Yeah, floods and landslides don't receive as much attention as, say, miners trapped underground with enough food and supplies for everyone to make it out alive (except maybe that diabetic one)
